The Pakistan Army is one of the most prestigious and respected institutions in Pakistan. It is known for its discipline, professionalism, and commitment to the country's safety and security. The Army offers many opportunities for young men to join its ranks, including the Technical Cadet Course (TCC).

The Technical Cadet Course is a special program designed for young men who want to pursue a career in the technical field. It is a four-year program that provides training in various technical fields, including engineering, information technology, and computer science. Upon completion of the program, cadets are commissioned as regular officers in the Pakistan Army.

The 35th Technical Cadet Course is now open for online registration, and interested candidates can apply until 23rd March 2023. Here's everything you need to know about the TCC and how to apply for it.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the TCC, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Nationality: Only male citizens of Pakistan are eligible to apply.

Age: Candidates must be between 17 to 21 years old on 1st September 2023. However, there is a relaxation of three months for candidates who are studying in any educational institution.

Education: Candidates must have completed F.Sc. (Pre-Engineering) with a minimum of 65% marks or equivalent qualifications (e.g., A-Level with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry).

Height: The minimum height requirement is 5 feet 4 inches (162.5 cm).

Selection Process:

The selection process for the TCC consists of the following stages:

Initial Written Test: The initial test will be conducted in April 2023 at different Army Recruitment and Selection Centers (AR&SC) located in major cities of Pakistan. The test will consist of multiple-choice questions in English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Physical Tests: Candidates who qualify for the written test will undergo physical tests, including a medical examination and a physical fitness test.

ISSB Test: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Inter Services Selection Board (ISSB) test. The ISSB test includes a psychological test, group tasks, an interview, and a medical examination.

Final Selection: Based on the ISSB test results, a final selection list will be prepared, and successful candidates will be notified. Selected candidates will undergo basic military training at PMA Kakul.

How to Apply:

Interested candidates can apply online at joinpakarmy.gov.pk. The online application process consists of the following steps:

Visit the Pakistan Army's official website at joinpakarmy.gov.pk.

Click on the "Registration" button and create an account by providing your personal details, including your name, date of birth, and contact information.

After creating an account, select the 35th Technical Cadet Course from the "Online Registration" section.

Fill out the online application form and upload the required documents, including your educational certificates, CNIC/B-form, and passport size photograph.

After submitting the application form, download and print the fee slip and pay the registration fee of Rs. 1500 at any branch of Habib Bank Limited (HBL) or Askari Bank.

After payment, log in to your account and provide the fee deposit information.
